All Shared & Business Web Hosting plans include a 07-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with our service and we are not able to provide what we promised, you will receive a full refund in the case of hosting service only. Any request for cancellation must be received via the web form, E-mail and you will receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your account. No refunds are available after 07 days. However, any person or company is able to apply for a new Website Hosting account after new signup.

We will not refund any person involved in Fraud, Spamming, or involved hosting of Nulled products / Replica Products of Nulled Website themes or applications. DiGiRAK have the right to take legal action against these types of accounts/persons or companies and register to complain to the Cybercrime department.

We are not providing refunds to all other (Domain, VPS, Servers, Web Development, Social Media Marketing) services which we are selling or providing through our website.
