Terms & Conditions
We reserve rights to suspend or terminate clients’ access to a few or the entire services provided by us once we decide the account has been incorrectly used. We also reserve rights to decline service or right of entry to its servers to anyone. We do not allow to host contents or links promoting any religion or party. Following contents are also not allowed to host.

Unlawful Material – Incorporate copyrighted facility, money-making audio, video, music files, and any material in infringement of any centralized, affirms or confined parameter.

Malware / Virus / Spamming – DiGiRAK Will Terminate the account if found any malware/virus or spamming issues on any account, No refund will be available and We also not provide any backup of the website.

Adult Material – Contain all pornography, erotic images, and coarse or obscene content. The description of “adult material” is left entirely to the judgment of DiGiRAK.

Warez – Consists of plagiarized software, ROMS, emulators, hacking, and password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which make available “links to” or “how to” information about such matters.

SPAM – We have no open-mindedness for UBE/UCE (unsolicited bulk email/unsolicited commercial email). This policy protects our customers as well as the internet population from the unconstructive possessions of “spam” associated movements. We describe UBE/UCE as unsolicited transmission or money-making email that is sent to addresses that do not in a positive way and verifiably demand such stuff from that detailed sender. We define spam as any type of unwanted email used for any principle. This consists of, but is not limited to:

Using an imaginary arrival email address when sending profit-making solicitations.

Mail-bombing (sending various messages to the identical user).

Subscribing someone else to a mailing list without that person’s authorization.

Reorganization equivalent commentary to several newsgroups.

DiGiRAK may implement the following policy to its sole judgment:

Cancellation
If for some reason we cannot meet your needs, you may notify us and we will discontinue billing your account. No refunds are issued for any type of service. DiGiRAK has the privilege to Suspend / Terminate all other active Domains / Services if any single dues or unpaid invoices, we are also able to assign nonpayment notices on account if needed.

Termination after expiry
cPanel Hosting accounts will suspend after 02 days of expiry and terminate/remove from the server after 02 days of the due date/expiry date. No backup of files will be restored after the termination/removal of the account.

Plesk Hosting accounts will suspend after 02 days of expiry and remove from the server after 02 days of the due date/expiry date. No backup of files will be restored after the termination/removal of the account.

INDEMNIFICATION
Customers see eye to eye, it shall protect, assure, save and hold DiGiRAK risk-free from all responsibilities, losses, costs, and claims, including levelheaded attorney’s fees stated against DiGiRAK, its agents, its customers, officers, and workers, that may take place or consequence from any service given or performed or agreed to be carried out or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. The customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold risk-free DiGiRAK against liabilities happen out of;

(1) Any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise disseminated in connection with DiGiRAK server.

(2) Any material abounding by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;

(3) Copyright infringement and any faulty products sold to buyers from our server.

OVERUSE
DiGiRAK has the right to suspend any account found overused in space or in bandwidth, and if found overused a second time after intimation then account holders must have to upgrade their account to a higher package to continue, if no action is taken within 24 hours after intimation then the account may be terminated.

DISCLAIMER
We will not be answerable for any compensation your business may undergo. We make no guarantee of any sort, uttered or obscure for the services we offer. We disclaim any guarantee of merchantability or robustness for a particular reason. Take in loss of data follow-on from delays, non-release, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions grounds by DiGiRAK and its employees. We reserve the right to revise its policies at any time.

Important note: Always download emails in Outlook Express Microsoft Outlook / Thunderbird instead of webmail as webmail is a temporary place for checking emails, data may be lost from the server whenever an issue happens and we may never take any responsibility for backup of emails, Email settings/configuration settings of Outlook / Thunderbird available under cPanel, We not provide or support email settings for another email application or web portal. The backup of a website is the responsibility of the client as we do not make backups of any account, users can generate backups on their own.

We are able to suspend/terminate any account or all accounts of users without any notice or reason.

Our support team is available from 10 AM to 06 PM (Monday to Saturday) for Website hosting support, All customers can drop a message to our email address / WhatsApp Support ([email protected] +92-335-2240377) if facing any issues with the service of website hosting only. Our support team will answer on day timing on a priority basis.
Support service for all other services is available from 10 AM to 06 PM only, Our support team will resolve and answer queries to other services the next day on a priority basis.

SOME OTHER POLICIES FOR HOSTING SERVICES
Services may be subjected to immediate termination upon the following infringements, no refund available if;
Any P-O-R-N site link/marketing/N-U-D-E pictures on website
Any type of S-E-X service offers on the website
Any type of S-E-X enhancement medicines
Any type of S-E-X toys or gadgets sold or purchased via the website
Any type of S-E-X-related medical courses
Any type of Blasphemy by law
Any type of Religious debates
Any type of Political debates
Any type of Racist/Ethnic material etc.

SOME OTHER POLICIES FOR SMTP SERVERS & BULK EMAIL SERVICES
1. We do not share any guarantee of database loss or server crash, always store contact lists, and email database/format in your local computer.
2. Back up your data periodically, as we are not responsible for data loss. Data hosted on Europe Based server.
